Service on demand

Basic

With ACSYS Service on Demand, you receive support exactly when you need it. Our service team will support you with all acute issues relating to ACSYS laser systems and additional equipment. Whether via remote access for particularly short response times or on-site deployments: We make sure that your system stays fit.

Our basic maintenance and inspection service includes cleaning and lubricating the mechanical axes, as well as cleaning and checking all optical components. Furthermore, the system is completely recalibrated in order to restore a condition similar to the original delivery.

Advanced

Fast online help and professional system maintenance at regular intervals: You can secure all this with the ACSYS Advance service package. Wear-related faults therefore virtually are a thing of the past. Profit from quick advice and immediate remote support on call.

The systematic annual maintenance of your system includes:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the mechanical systems (including the axle system and required lubricants)
  • Check and clean all optical components
  • Replacement of all filter mats
  • Calibration of the system to restore a condition similar to the initial delivery
  • Notes and recommendations on maintenance & operation

You can also benefit from the following advantages:

  • Express delivery for spare and wear part orders
  • 5% discount on spare and wear parts
  • Free remote support (for troubleshooting and error analysis)

Service package

Premium Response

With the Premium Response service package, you secure the advantages of the other two packages and also benefit from a service portfolio tailored to your ACSYS laser system that leaves practically nothing to be desired. In short: you enjoy full all-round service at fixed conditions – for maximum cost transparency and security.

The Premium Response Package guarantees you:

  • Response time ACSYS Service Center (telephone/online) <4h
  • Deployment of the ACSYS service technician throughout the EU within 24 hours from the ACSYS service base
    • after prior online analysis
    • in the event of machine downtime and the urgent need for troubleshooting by an ACSYS service technician
