PIRANHA® µ
More than 1,000 systems on the market speak for themselves: PIRANHA® is a bestseller that is at home in more and more industries. Top values for beam quality make the PIRANHA® µ the market leader in the compact class for high-precision laser marking and laser engraving. The PIRANHA® μ in the temperature-stable and low-vibration granite design is the first choice for maximum machining accuracy. It shows its strengths in processes with long cycle times and high repeat accuracy. This is ensured by linear direct drives for the x and y axes as well as software and optics-controlled assistance systems, which are available as an option.
MULTISHIFT® µ
The MULTISHIFT® µ is the all-in-one system for the highest demands in precision machining. With its integrated automation and outstanding precision, the MULTISHIFT® µ is particularly predestined for applications in the watch, jewelry and coin minting sectors. ORCA® µ
The ORCA® µ is the XXL laser center from ACSYS for large and bulky workpieces that need to be processed precisely by laser. Whether you are engraving, marking, structuring or welding, the ORCA® µ impresses with maximum precision and repeat accuracy, even when processing multiple sides. This is guaranteed by the stable construction of the machine body, up to five NC-controlled axes and a machine bed including a traveling column made of granite. With doors that open wide over the corner, the large-capacity laser center can also be easily loaded with large and bulky workpieces using a forklift or crane.
