Davide talks about his training

Davide Cali has just successfully completed his commercial training at ACSYS. He is still at the very beginning of his career, but he has a clear idea of what he wants to do next. In this interview, he tells us what he has experienced since starting his apprenticeship and what all this has to do with Swabian down-to-earthness.

Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship with us?

Since I was invited to a trial day at ACSYS after an interview, I had the opportunity to get to know the team and the technology. After the trial day, it was immediately clear to me that I would choose ACSYS because of the young, dynamic team and the relaxed working atmosphere.

I also became interested in the laser industry, as it is a highly developed technology with no limits. Later in my training, I found the laser trade fairs that I was allowed to visit as an apprentice particularly interesting, as you could see everything that can be created from lasers.

What are your goals in life?

The goals in my life are to be happy and to spend as much time as possible with my loved ones, traveling the world and being a person with positive and exemplary values.

Professionally, I always want to develop and be the best version of myself in order to become an important and reliable member of the team.

How did you develop during your training?

During my training, I developed personally in particular, as I was able to learn a great deal in terms of independence, reliability and perseverance. I can also say that I have grown into an adult thanks to my training at ACSYS. I would therefore describe it more as training for life.

What does ACSYS mean to you?

For me, ACSYS is a future-oriented company that offers its employees the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. This offers the employee added value for life in the long term. Since I completely identify with the values of the ACSYS team and the working atmosphere is outstanding due to the friendly colleagues, working at ACSYS has become a place where I have fun and where I like to be. In my opinion, this is the key to long-term success, as a company can only survive in the long term if its employees enjoy coming to work and have fun doing so.

What do you give your all to at work?

Just like in my private life with soccer, I dedicate my full commitment to the team. I want to make full use of my skills to always work towards the common goal of the team.

What has been your greatest personal development so far?

As already mentioned, I see my greatest personal development in the fact that, thanks to the training at ACSYS, I have grown into an adult and independent person who has not only enjoyed training as an industrial clerk, but has also been able to gain added value for life as a whole in the long term.
