Precision that sets standards: ACSYS µ

ACSYS µ laser systems open up a new dimension in precision machining

Systems in the µ series are equipped with a low-vibration and temperature-stable granite design. In conjunction with linear drives on the X and Y axes, this ensures maximum precision for processes with long machining times and high repeat accuracy.

Redefining micro-precision:
Laser processing for the highest demands

ACSYS µ is the formula for success for high-precision laser processing in series production

Hardware

Granite base guarantees accuracy

Low-vibration, temperature-stable and wear-free: these are the attributes that make the machine design of the ACSYS µ series made of solid black granite stand out. The combination of granite design and linear drives provides significant advantages, particularly in laser micromachining, where maximum precision is required. Long-running processes with high repeat accuracy in particular benefit from the granite base with its excellent vibration damping, low thermal conductivity and low coefficient of expansion. In addition, ACSYS laser systems in the µ version have high-precision positioning systems to ensure the highest possible accuracy.

Femtosecond Laser

Ultra Short Pulse Laser for maximum precision

Femtosecond Lasers from ACSYS are capable of processing materials with exceptionally high precision, allowing the finest structures and details to be created. Even complex 3D structures can be realized in this way with maximum accuracy and reliability. Due to the ultra-short laser pulses, only a small amount of energy is transferred to the workpiece, resulting in minimal heat generation. This prevents deformation or damage to the material. This opens up numerous areas of application, ranging from microstructuring to the fine laser cutting of materials that are difficult to process.

Software

Laser perfection through smart tools

In laser micromachining, software plays a crucial role in controlling and monitoring complex processes. At ACSYS, you benefit from in-house software development. Whether you need high-precision control of the laser beam, detection of complex geometries or customized functions and interfaces, ACSYS’ own software enables you to exploit the full potential of your laser systems. It monitors processing in real time and provides support with numerous sophisticated functions, features and interfaces for efficient and precise processing along with maximum repeat accuracy.

Processes

Experience, efficiency, results

With the experience of more than 2,000 laser systems in different markets worldwide, we know that it is not enough to set the laser power, pulse energy, pulse frequency, scan speed and focus size. That’s why our experts have industry-specific know-how, which we apply to your project with our ACSYS laser expertise and years of experience. We work closely with you to understand your processes and achieve the results you want. This results in tailor-made solutions that combine maximum precision and optimized efficiency in laser processing.
