Dual laser / double laser / duo laser
If short cycle times play a major role, a multi-head or multi-laser solution that processes the workpiece from several sides in a single operation is often a good choice. A laser system solution with two integrated laser sources can also be used to expand the range of materials that can be processed.

One laser system solution, two laser sources
Dual laser
A laser system solution with two integrated laser sources enables the user to either process two sides simultaneously or to expand the range of materials to be processed. For example, a fiber laser and a CO2 laser can be operated in a single laser system. These two laser sources work with different wavelengths of light and are therefore suitable for different materials and processes.

Efficiency through short cycle times
Double-head laser system
Two laser heads make it possible to process a workpiece from several sides at the same time, thus ensuring shorter processing times. Equipped with an additional axis and a horizontally installed dividing head as well as an automatic swivel function, workpieces can be processed from five sides in a single operation. Alternatively, a double laser and a conveyor belt can be used to mark palletized workpieces fully automatically from two sides.
